Logging into the osCommerce Admin Panel

In this tutorial we will show you how to login to the Administrator Panel in osCommerce.

The Administration area in osCommerce is where you perform many tasks including setting up your products and modifying the look of your store.

As a webmaster this is where you will spend most of your time working with osCommerce.

How to Login to osCommerce:

1. Navigate to the URL for your osCommerce website. You should see your website.
   
   
2. In the Address bar after the web address of the osCommerce site add: /admin
   
   For example if your osCommerce URL is: mydomain.com, you would navigate to: mydomain.com/admin
   
   When you navigate to the web address entered in the address bar, you will be directed to an Administrator Login page.

Enter your username and password for osCommerce, and click the Login button. You will then be logged into the Admin panel.

Your username and password were setup when you installed osCommerce, the username is usually: admin
