You can modify your Billing and Contact Information in your Account Management Panel (or AMP). It is important to keep your information up to date, so we can renew your account without interruptions, and send you important notifications.

How to Update Billing & Contact Information:

  1. Login to AMP
  2. From the main AMP screen, look for the Manage My Account section. You will notice several icons. Find and click on the Contact Information icon.
  3. You will be taken to a screen where you can see the current contact information. Click on the Edit Contact Information button to continue.
  4. This screen allows you to edit all the different contact information fields. Change any data you need and then click on the Save Changes button at the bottom.

I am trying to update my credit card information, and the 'save' button is not working; it just seems to freeze.

Since this is just a public forum and I have no way of identifying your account, please contact Live Tech Support; so they update your billing information.

They can also replicate and troubleshoot your issue in AMP.

I have just discovered that changing my credit card data in 'manage payment methods' does not update the credit card associated with my subscriptions.  When I fixed the problem by editing the card associated with the subscriptions, I found that a new entry, identical to the one already there, had appeared in 'manage payment methods', so I deleted it.  I think everything is OK now, but perhaps you should rethink how this part of your site works.

Hello Maria,

As the AMP is only for the account holder, the design does not hide any of the credit card information. This is so you can verify it is correct at any time as well as make any changes necessary.
