Below is a copy & paste of an error message that I noticed in my "Full Backup Completed" e-mail from cpanel@awelltrainedtongue.com. Am concerned that all of my data wasn't backed up. Can you advise if this is a problem and if so, how to resolve?

Thanks!

Hello msilves,

This is not normal behavior and is occurring due to some maintenance on the server being done by the Systems team. The actual error is not for your specific wordpress database data but when connecting to the main server database for bandwidth data.

Your actual backup can be used for restoration if needed, it would just be missing the bandwidth and Logaholic stats data. Once the maintenance is completed on the server it will no longer give that error when performing a backup.

Best Regards,
Scott M
