Thank you for your question. I am able to get your cPanel without any issues, so you may be on a network that is blocking some ports, specifically: 2082, or 2083.

This commonly occurs on shared or some company networks.

I have tested these cpanel links successfully:
https://secure31.webhostinghub.com:2083/
http://ehub31.webhostinghub.com/cpanel

If those are not working for you, I recommend accessing your cPanel via port 80, which is the standard port for internet traffic and is rarely blocked, by navigating to:

http://cpanel.yourdomain.com
(Be sure to replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain)
