I am having a credit card problem ( the CC number is no longer valid) and I will not be able to renew my account for a month or so. My CC was invaded and it will take a bit of time to straight everything out. This is my account user name: web20@sbcglobal.net

Apologies and sorry to hear that you wish to cancel due to the credit card issues. Unfortunately, we cannot handle that type of transaction through the Community Support Center. You need to contact our Billing Department or live Technical Support team. You can also reach them via email or chat. You should also note that they may be able to work with you on the delayed payment. Please contact them for resolution of your issue.

WOW. I have been trying to cancel this subscription that was made from my android for2 months now. My son moved out of his apartment - no longer needs Eternal TV. It was lousy anyways. The invoice number you keep sending me to pay is Invoice No. 212350. All done with this service. I will never recommend it to anyone
