Cancelation of my account please

Hi, I joined a year ago and never completed a web page. I did not realise I would be automatically billed for this every year....I've never used the service. It's now taken 189 from my account. Can you please cancel this .....and any chance I can be refunded for the last payment please since I have never used it. I have a new email address as well....
