I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your login. We are not sure what interface you're referring to, so you may need to provide us a little more information. However, in looking at the notes on your account, it does appear that you have already contacted our live support team and they were able to help you. Here are our instructions on how to login to the Premium Web Builder. It also tells you how to reset the password using the Account Management Panel (AMP).
