Hosting ordered and paid for, and now nothing

After ordering and paying for my domain name etc 2 days ago, I have had no communication/contact/confirmation from anyone. Please can someone tell me if I have flushed my money down the toilet, or if I will actually be able to start blogging on ''?

Thank you for contacting us. Our confirmations team strives to reach out to new accounts within 30 minutes of sign up. If they are unable to give a call due to time zone or inability to connect, they will send out an email. Be sure to check your email and look in the spam folder if you do not see it in the main folder. Also, you can reach out to them directly and they can assist you.
