Hosting ordered yet no confirmation email

I purchased the annual Nitro plan with backups using my own local domain ( ) yet I have received no confirmation email? only 2 no-reply/automated phone calls and a message from my bank regarding the purchase...

What do I do now? I have no order confirmation number or login details!

By the way, I currently have another service with webhostinghub which is unrelated to this issue.
