I just got an email that my domain name (reelworldmaryland.com) was auto renewed. I no longer need this domain and need to cancel it. Could you please tell me how I should go about this for a refund?

Hello imnext2normal,

Thank you for your question. Domain names are non-refundable as dictated by our registrar partner. However, new domain names do have a 5 day (120 hour) period where they can be cancelled for a refund.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

In that case, how can I turn auto renew off so that it does not renew again? Also the domain does not expire until 2-2-14, is it still impossible to get a refund for this?
