How do I renew *just* my domain name?

I had previously purchased hosting and a domain name. I've moved to hosting elsewhere, but wish to continue my domain name subscription. I sent a cancellation request for hosting, but now both my web hosting and my domain registration are listed as 'suspended' under the 'Account and Billing' section of my AMP. How can I renew my domain registration without having to pay for hosting as well?

Hello jfslocum,

I did see one of your domains under the inactive subscriptions section. That is a mistake as that domain is still active under our registrar account. I have had the Tier 2 team move that back to active subscriptions along with the other domain.

Both domains will now simply auto-renew as they should.
