Which option is better for building your website, is a personal preference. If you like Dreamweaver, it is a powerful option and you get full control of your site. But, many people like the convenience of the online based content management systems (CMS'), such as Wordpress, Concrete5, or Joomla, since your site can be edited on any browser.
