I would like to ask you, if you could please improve the performance for the website www.mapdegree.com as it measures over 200 ms from Amsterdam and other locations.

Could you move my site closer to Europe?

Hello Ssddgreg,

Thanks for the question and sorry to hear you're having problems with the connection to your website. Currently, there are two major data centers fro Web Hosting Hub - West Coast and East Coast in the United States. In order to have your site moved closer to Europe, it would need to be moved over to the East Coast data center. In order to have this done, you would need to send a verified email request to the technical support team. Verification is done to authenticate the request - we use either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the AMP password to verify.

Please send this request and our live systems support team will have the account mover to our East Coast data center.
