I just received a receipt for an additional year renewal of my domain. Last year, I was billed something like $30 for your services. This year, I was enrolled in "spark" and was billed $144.86

I refuse to pay this amount for this perceived service, and never chose your company thinking I'd be charged such a high fee for hosting such a simple site. Please help!

Hello Sturnella,

Thank you for contacting us today. Since this is a public forum, I cannot provide any account specific information. I recommend contacting our live Tech Support department for detailed assistance, or to cancel your hosting account.

Since domain registrations are only $14.99, it sounds like your hosting plan auto-renewed by default; all plans auto-renew to avoid downtime on your website. Our pricing is in-line with the industry, for the quality of hosting we provide.

You can view your renewal dates, and payment history in amp at any time.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
