Billing renewal submission problem

My domain's name is and I went on the account management panel to process my renewals for the new year.
I changed the informations of my credit card because it was a new one, but when I click on "submit" to pay the bill, nothing happens.
Can you explain me why ? (I want to be sure to pay only one time !)

Thank you for your question. You should be able to renew your account following our steps in the article on account renewal. If it is not cooperating, then you will want to contact our Live Billing team so they can assist you in getting that renewed. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
