I have spoken with the Technical Support team on this and there have not been any reported issues at that time. There were indeed individuals available to accept chats, as well as other that were chatting with them. You may have issues within your browser if you are unable to enter the chat. What browser and operating system are you using? Does using another browser resolve the issue?
