Hello mrw58, Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry you're having trouble with resetting your cPanel password. I've contacted our development team and they are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible. If you could email us at support@webhostinghub.com and provide account verification with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file or your AMP password in the email we can change the password for you. Please be sure to include the new password you would like set for your cPanel. I will personally look for your email in the ticket queue so this can be resolved for you as soon as possible.
