How do I know if I already have an FTP? I have some plugins already but wanted to add another but need to upload to wp-content/plugins and cannot find it...

Hello Lizzie, Thanks for the question. If you're using WordPress, read through our tutorial on searching for and installing plugins. Also, if you need help with figuring out FTP, please review our "Getting started with FTP" article. Your hosting service comes with FTP account already setup (based on your cPanel user name and password), but in order to use FTP, you need to have a program loaded on your computer. This program is called an FTP client. The program connects to the server and allows you to upload or download files - which is the primary purpose of FTP. I hope that helps to answer your question.
