Hi.
I'm having a lot of issues with my domain transfer (http://jornalpelicano.com.br).
Yesterday I asked for a cpanel migration and you sent me an email telling that the migration was successful.
However, almost all my databases are empty, which is very weird once I created a full cpanel backup on my previous host.

I backed up only the databases now and would like to have them restored properly on my webhosting hub account.

They are located on public_html/RestoreSQL

Please, my sites are offline more than 12 hours.

Thank you,
DiĆ³genes Lima

Hello Diogenese,

Requests for data restoration of any type must be made to the Live Support department. The reason being is that you need to verify the account before the task is provided, something not very safe in a public forum like this. Since you are providing the databases to restore and it is not from one of our backups, simply contact the Live Support team with the request.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
