Please let me know what the problem with my account is

My installation for the WordPress on January 21, 2013 8:12pm disappeared from a sub-domain with my updated (excluding the database). Instead the sub-domain folder shows my January 20 deleted files!

Today, installing WordPress is not possible because of the following error “The MySQL Database could not be selected”

The control panel shows that the disk space usage: N/A

Hello worldl9,

Thank you for your question. Your situation may be unique to your account and there may be a mismatch between some of the data that is displaying on your cpanel and that on the server.

You will want to at contact our Live Support department (open 24/7) with the issue. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Also, include all the steps you are taking so the support agent can duplicate the issue and troubleshoot from there.

Best Regards,
Scott M
