Unfortunately in order for us to better assist you with this issue we'll need to know some context for the screen shot you've provided.

What application is this screen shot of? It seems like you're trying to possibly export your database. You can follow our guide on exporting a MySQL database in phpMyAdmin for a good way to accomplish this if your specific application is having problems for some reason.
