DNS not propagating from Tucows

I updated my DNS to the IP address 173.205.127.184
...but it doesn't appear to be set. I called Tucows and they said that you need to provide support for this.

Sorry for the issues with DNS not propagating. Typically, changes in DNS may require up to 24 hours of what is known as propagation time. If you have already made the change and waited through the typical propagation time, then you need to contact our live technical support team. They can make changes to your account after you have provided verification of the account.
