We have two domain names purchased through GoDaddy.com (gohwp.org and globalhwp.org) as well as one purchased through WHH (gohwp.com) where we are being hosted.

About 24 hours ago, I followed the directions to point the 2 GoDaddy domains to the WHH nameservers, but when I use the "Is my domain pointing correctly" tool, I get an error message (black background with ERROR in red). It seems this isn't just a case of that they haven't propagated yet (whois does list your nameservers as I would expect).

Can anyone provide guidance as to what might be going wrong?

Also, when domains are pointed correctly to WHH, should they appear in cPanel (for example, when looking at the dropdown box for "Choose Domain" while installing WordPress)?

By the way, all three domains are currently empty as we are building a site from the ground up.

Thanks in advance!
~Doug

Hello Doug,

Thank you for your question. I checked all 3 of your domains, and was not able to replicate the error. Here are links to the successful tests:

Domains must be added as an Addon / Parked domain before it will propagate and resolve to our servers.
