How do you transfer a domain name to web hosting hub from another vendor?

My previous web hosting vendor provided me with a "code", that, if pasted in the right area at web hosting hub, would initiate the 90-day wait period prior to the official transfer.

Do you have any recommendations for me to complete/initiate this transfer?

You can initiate a domain transfer in your Account Management Panel. Please see the following link on how to do this.
