Can't access webmail, server can't be found

hi. i usually login to my email at the following address:

For the past two days, I have been unable to access my email via computer; however, it is still pulling up on my phone. I have tried many different computers, at various locations, just to make sure it wasn't my computer or my internet. Please help!!

I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing webmail. Please try accessing webmail through either or instead. Your browser may be blocking you due to a mismatch in the URL and the server's SSL certificate.

If you're getting a server not found message when attempting to log into webmail, it may be that your computer is unable to find the server for If you open your browser and visit, do you see a website or do you get an error message?

To help determine if there is an issue with your access to the server by a hostname, you can try accessing webmail via an IP address. The IP address for is, and you can visit webmail by going to:
