email in control panel shows no accounts linked to my domain

email in control panel shows no accounts linked to my domain but there is an account that I check often for email that is active and usable. Why do I not see it in the email accounts panel?

Hello OHriley,

I can see the folder that houses the email account. I am unsure why cPanel seems to have lost contact with that folder. You may recreate the email account and it should reconnect to that email folder.
