I cannot receive email

Email Troubleshooting
Whenever I send mail to my accounts I get Relaying Denied. It is not just a single email account. How can I fix this?

Hello burcukinay, and thanks for your question.

It looks like currently according to your domain's DNS records, your email MX or (Mail eXchange) record is not pointing your email service to our servers.

It actually looks like your website isn't pointed at our name servers either.

So if you're having issues with receiving mail, you'd want to check with the provider you're using for mail services currently. Or if this is for a domain other than the one you submitted along with this question, please let us know.

You can use a website like MXToolBox.com to view the current MX records for your domain to see where they're going.

What is the mail server for webhostinghub so I can update the MX info as well?

Hello Burcukinay,

If your MX records are not pointed to us, then you will need to point them by using the shared server IP. You can find out how to get this information in the article titled How do I find what server I'm on? You would then modify your DNS so that your MX records are set to that IP address. For a tutorial about this kind of change please go here.
