SPAM Problem

I tried to set the SPF and Domain keys, but I get this message: Warning: cPanel is unable to verify that this server is an authoritative nameserver for pixidea.de. What should I do?

Hello Vladislav,

Thank you for your question. This warning is displayed because we use a separate server for hosting your DNS.

As long as you are pointed to our nameservers the SPF and Domain keys will work. You can confirm your nameservers by performing a Whois lookup.

I performed a Whois lookup and I get this:

But I still have the same message:

and also this:

Hello Vladislav,

Thank you for providing your whois info. As you can see you are pointed to our nameservers currently:
Nserver: ns1.webhostinghub.com
Nserver: ns2.webhostinghub.com

This means that we are the authoritative nameserver for the domain:
pixidea.de

When you enable the domain keys, you will see a message in the Email Authentication page stating "Warning: cPanel is unable to verify that this server is an authoritative nameserver for example.com."

This message is correct as we host your nameservers on a separate server. As long as you have enabled them they will work.
