I am interested in registering a domain without hosting, however, does this option include provision of an email?

Hello,

Thanks for the question! Domain Only accounts are only for registering domains on the internet. There is no email functionality unless you purchase a hosting account. If you have any further questions on registering a domain, go to Registering a Domain Name.
