Hello,

I have just set up my account one hour ago and I am not being able to access to a FTP account I have just created. Is it normal? Do I have to wait for a period of time?

Hello Alfonso00MA,

Yes, this is normal. It's always possible that the account is not quite ready, but I just reviewed it and it has already been setup. The issue you're facing is that your domain name was just registered and requires up to 24 hours of propagation time before it's usable with an FTP client or in an internet browser. However, you can use your temporary URL in place of the domain name to get to your account using an FTP client like Filezilla. See our article on using the temporary URL in order to find it.

Use our Getting started guide on FTP to see how to use the temporary URL with your FTP client.

If you have any further questions on accessing your account with the temporary URL, please let us know and we would be happy to help.

Regards,
Arnel C.
