Hi,

Sorry this is really three questions. The first is.. How do I create an email address with my domain. e.g. info@myaddress.com

The second question is that when setting up my domains I really didn't know what I was doing so I have ended up with a few extra ones that look like erindave.myaddress.com. Actually 2 out of the five I have with webhostinghub aren't needed.

The third is regarding my three domains I wish to keep. In the file manager I can see that one domain is located under public html folder. Then the others are inside that folder. Is that how it is supposed to be? I am worried that it will cause them to run slow if they are all running off the same files.

Sorry bit of a noob questions really, any help appreciated!!!

Hello Erindave,

I am happy to address your questions.

How do I create an email address with my domain. e.g. info@myaddress.com?
- You can create an email address for info@doamin by following this quick video.

I have ended up with a few extra ones that look like erindave.myaddress.com. Actually 2 out of the five I have with webhostinghub aren't needed.
- When you add an addon domain, the server also makes a subdomain with a name like something.domain.com. This is normal and something the server needs.

In the file manager I can see that one domain is located under public html folder. Then the others are inside that folder. Is that how it is supposed to be? I am worried that it will cause them to run slow if they are all running off the same files.
- No worries, this is normal. Each domain has its own root folder. The primary domain uses the public_html and the other domains have a folder with their names on it. Each domain only uses its own folder, so it will not slow anything down.

Best Regards,
Scott M
