I followed the instructions on moving my wordpress site from my old hosting to hub hosting. I installed an ad on domain before I started. All files are now in the directory under my ad on domain. I did a temp change to my dns so I can test the site first. when I try to access the site I just get the Hub server name and my ip window. the ad on domain directory isn't even showing up.

Hello dollarbill,

Thank you for your question. Anytime a DNS modification is made, or you Addon a domain, be sure to allow up to 24 hours for propagation.

I checked all of your Addon domains, and the ones that are pointed to our DNS are all loading successfully.

Are you still experiencing issues at this time?
