Hello irenec,

I'm sorry you're having trouble connecting to the server via FTP. While looking into this for you I see that your domain has not yet been pointed to our Namservers.

FTP Settings

Until your domain is pointed to our Nameservers and DNS has propagated you will want to make sure you are using the server name for the FTP host (instead of your domain name). The rest of your FTP login information should be as follows:

FTP Username: cPanel username
FTP Password: cPanel password
Port: 21

Changing Special FTP Accounts Passwords

Your cPanel user name is also an FTP user name (a "special" account). To change that password, you can change your cPanel password which will change it for both logging into cPanel and via FTP.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
