Having trouble publishing my site...

Error warning says that I cannot connect to the host via ftp. I am new to this process so not exactly sure what to do... Help?

Hello mattdb5,

I am able to create a test account and connect via FTP. I noticed that your domain name is not pointed to us. This means it will not be able to be used in your login credentials. You must use the servername, which for you is ehub29.webhostinghub.com Use that along with your username and password and you should be able to connect.

Once you point the domain to our name servers, you will be able to use it in your connection credentials.
