I'm the Project Manager for a website revamp (lcsbuildingsolutions.com)) at Lane Consulting Services (LCS).

Since this current website predates both myself and the IT department, I am contacting you to see if there is a way to obtain the LCS log in credentials for webhostinghub.com. I called the customer help line before being referred to a customer service e-mail, which in-turn directed me to the customer service forum. Anyway, unfortunately both methods by which the representatives staffing the phone line could identify me weren't available to me (last four digits of the credit card used to open the account - which had changed well before my arrival at LCS; or the AMP password - which is what I'm trying to obtain).

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
