Temp url not displaying correctly

I installed wordpress, imported my wordpress files but the temp url is not displaying correctly. I chatted with a tech support person who couldn't figure it out. I thought I saw a tutorial on this problem but now I can't find it.

Hello Vegcharelsotn,

I did review your files and everything SEEMS to be in place. Sorry for the problems in trying to make this to work. I think that the missing files for the theme are the issue - you may need to re-install the theme. You can get it from the Wordpress.org site free of charge. Try re-loading the theme first. The article that you were looking for is:
