Do you folks know how I can reset customer downloads if they have an issue on their first attempt. I've searched the forums, not had any luck!

Thank you for your question regarding resetting digital downloads. We are happy to help you troubleshoot but will need some additional information. Since it seems like you are using OsCommerce, what 3rd party app are you using to handle the digital downloads? Was it included in your theme? If so, what specific theme are you using?
