So this is what I was told a few minutes ago - "On 8/21/2017 at 3:25 AM (EST), during maintenance to replace a faulty drive, a second drive failed. After the server came back up, it was discovered that the data on the server was corrupt, causing the server to be failed over to a backup server. We are currently trying to recover the data from the failed server. While no ETA is available, we appreciate your patience while we work on this." Would have been nice to be told earlier rather than trying to figure out all day what was going on. Anyone else notice??

Good morning,

Thanks for your post regarding the recent emergency maintenance on the server that houses your account. Typically, when an emergency situation arises, we primarily focus on restoring complete functionality of the server. We apologize for not notifying you sooner, however, we don't want to prematurely notify customers until the full scope of the situation is known. Even at this time as we are working to restore all the accounts on the server, an ETA is unknown. Again, please accept our apologies for not getting notifications out sooner.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments.

Thanks!

Tim S.
