How do I add html file so Google can verify my site?

I was told to ask you to put this in my website (tcsyo.org) so that Google can verify that the site is mine.

Hi Cheri,

Thank you for asking a question on our support site. I'm more than happy to assist you with it today. That is reference to a file Google wants you to upload. You will need to download the file to your computer and upload the file using cPanel file manager. Here is a few links that may help you to do this:
