Whats the easiest way to create a mostly static site with ads?
This site would hopefully get some traffic but only show mostly ads.

Thank you for your question.

I would recommend using HTML as the language, and using any editor you prefer.

You could also use a CMS such as Wordpress without any plugins, except wp-supercache.
