Hello Nutcasmom,

It appears that your IP address has not been assigned yet, so the only one that currently applies is the shared-server IP. However, please allow for at least 24 hours for the ticket to completed. If you don't see any action after that period of time, then call into technical support and they can make sure it is done for you.

You need Private IP address or Public Ip address?
If you want private IP address
Start--->run-->Type cmd
Then command prompt will display.
type ipconfig
then it will display your Private ip address
If you want Public IP address you can check this site IP-Details.com
