How do you transfer the content from home computer (unzipped with German language out)through Smart FTP to webhostinghub server? It should take 30 seconds and I have been at it for 7 hours with no results. The Total Based Shipping does not open with the extensions. It is all by itself and does not show up anywhere within the open cart site.

UPDATE: I finally have shipping installed. It turned out that the download I was working with wasn't complete (8KB) and it was (10KB). As a last resort I re-downloaded the extension, saw the difference and it loaded perfectly and fast.
Thank you for reply's.

Hello Rose,

FTP should work pretty much the same regardless of which FTP client you are using. Here is our link to standard FTP procedure. Go through that first to ensure all basic settings are correct.

Once the FTP connects, it should allow files to upload relatively quickly. You will want to be sure you are placing the uploaded files int he correct place int he file structure for the OpenCart to see them. If you are getting any FTP errors or can tell us of the behavior you are experiencing, we may be able to help further.

If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Best Regards,
Scott M
