Error - "Cannot Verify Server Identity"

E-mail will not sync on iPhone; receiving message that says "Cannot Verify Server Identity," followed by "The identity of 'mail.sproutpublicrelations.com' cannot be verified by Mail.

When I select "Details" to get more info, it says that *.webhostinghub.com is not trusted in red type.

Hello Lauren,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your iphone identifying the server for email. If you are using the mail.sproutpublicrelations.com as your server you will need to go to Advanced Settings and turn off the SSL option.
