Can't access website builder

I cannot add Website Builder, I get an error:"This domain was already used in one of your builder accounts".

I did not install or use any builder. Please explain me how can I install the Premium Website Builder.

I see that you already have submitted a support ticket regarding this issue and we responded back with your credentials to access the Builder.
