Problems with ordering a domain

I tried to order a domain and a hosting plan for 1 year, however, I was very disappointed there was no PayPal option. It took me some 15 min. to get the credit card data from my wife. After that, I got totally stuck on the phone number. Whatever value I typed in, it was not accepted. I ordered from a week ago, and did not stumble. Please work on it. You got great reviews, but I have to go elsewhere.

Thank you for providing feedback, since it helps us streamline the checkout process. When entering a phone number at sign up, it only accepts numbers, no dashes or special characters.

We do accept paypal for purchases over $50; please contact support, to send a paypal billing request.

We are currently working on adding paypal to the checkout process, for easier payments.
