Response to support questions

New Customers

I am a new customer, and as such, I had, not surprisingly, a number of questions for WebHostingHub. I asked them on line, and I asked them by email. A total of 5-7 questions over the last 3 weeks. So far, no response.

Is this your policy, not to respond to questions? If so, I will be more than willing to help you spread the word of this your policy. Kindly let me know.

I do apologize that your questions have not been answered in the past. What email were you sending to for help? If you list your questions I will try my best to answer all of them. Can you also provide me with a domain so I may look up your account to see what went wrong and why you never received a response?
