I want my website as an online newspaper

so I can work on the content as I want it.To be more specific, I would like my website to see its contents change often and has that look where photos move in the home page as at yahoo.com. I don't know what I should do.

Hello kabila,

You can use many different Content Management Systems (CMSs) to accomplish this look. You may want to check out the Wordpress program as it was built originally as a blog. This allows it to act much like a newspaper where article excerpts, etc are added to the front page. With its many plugins, it can also do slideshows for images, etc.
