Good evening. I tried to set up a web space for trentblackburn.com. I got an error message stating I did not own the domain. I looked into it, and found out the following:

When I split up domains at my old host, my partner Ed Alden mistakenly included the trentblackburn.com domain with others I transferred over to him. He says he's contacted both Melbourne IT, and 1&1 (the former host AND registrar.

Can you tell me if Melbourne I/T has the change in process? I could not find a US # for them.

Thanks for your attention

Hello trentb,

I checked into Melbourne IT and they have no record of the domain as of yet. Once 1&1 changes the information, it will then be able to transfer to Melbourne. It should also arrive at Melbourne with changes in place.

Best Regards,
Scott M
