error message concerning domain transfer

Here is my situation:

Today I signed up with webhostinghub

I would like to use the concierge service to move my domain from godaddy

Per the email to initiate transfer, I am getting an error message stating that my domain has expired and needs to be renewed. This is not accurate - the domain was renewed a week or so ago with an expiration date of 1/31/2015. Due to the error message, I am unable to proceed with the domain transfer......

Called godaddy and they confirmed that they have the site listed as renewed and current until 1/31/2015.

Any thoughts on what is going on here? I need to get this in motion a.s.a.p.
