I requested to cancel my account, why hasn't it been canceled yet?

I have been told multiple times that I've sent a request to cancel my account and be refunded that it would take 72 hours. This has been going on back and forth for the last two weeks. I am really needing it to be canceled asap

I followed up with our Customer Care team, and they advised me that your cancellation request is being reviewed and should be completed shortly. We are sad to see you go, but please feel free to use this site to ask us any questions that you may have in the future!

I'm very sorry to hear that your cancellation request has not gone smoothly. I'm actually out of the office right now, and our Customer Care department is generally not available outside of normal business hours. I will look into this further for you tomorrow, and will touch base shortly thereafter.

On a side note, do you mind if I ask why you are cancelling? Were you having any technical issues, is there anything that I can help with you?
